For anyone going through IVF or fertility treatment

7-day free trial, then $9 a month. Cancel anytime.
Bower is made by Triangle. You'll create your account at trianglehealth.com.
Where things stand
You're the one holding the whole story.
Your AMH came through one clinic's portal. Your thyroid results sit with your regular doctor. The carrier screening is a PDF you downloaded once and can't find now. If you've changed clinics, the first one still has half your history.
So before every consult you piece it together again, and between appointments the questions pile up with nowhere to put them.
Ask about your own results, at any hour
Results from different clinics rarely sit side by side. In Bower they do. Ask about them in plain words when the question comes to you, then set a reminder to raise it at your next consult.
Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.
YouCan you line up my AMH results from both clinics?
I found three AMH results in your records.
All three are in ng/mL. The first came from your first clinic's lab and the other two from your current clinic. AMH can read a little differently from one lab to another, so that's a fair thing to ask your doctor about when comparing them.
YouRemind me to bring that up at my consult on Thursday.
BowerDone. I'll remind you Thursday at 8am.
Made-up example. Not a real person or real results.
How it works
Three steps, then it keeps itself current
What setting up actually asks of you.
-
Start your trial
Start your 7-day free trial, say the profile is for you, then tell Bower where you live and choose to connect your records.
-
Verify, consent, meet a clinician
Confirm your identity, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician, who signs your records request with you.
-
Your rounds, in one place
Triangle requests your records through the national health-record networks. Upload anything your fertility clinic gave you that doesn't come through, then read, follow and ask.
What you get
Stop rebuilding your history before every consult
Bower doesn't track cycles or injections. It does the other half of the work: keeping your records whole, and helping you understand them.
Your clinics, one history
Records from your clinics, labs and doctors, medications included, in one history that updates as new records arrive. Bower shows what may be missing and helps you request it.
See how your numbers move
AMH, FSH, estradiol, thyroid and other lab results become structured results you can follow from round to round, each with a plain-language explanation.
Answers from your own file
Ask about your results in a chat that knows your history. A second check reviews answers against the evidence before you rely on them.
A clinician looks at the whole picture
A licensed clinician reviews your medical history as part of your membership, and setup includes an intake visit with a clinician.
Carrier screening, in plain words
Carrier screening and other genetic reports sit next to the rest of your records and are read in the same plain language.
Shared only with people you choose
Share your profile with a partner or a doctor, and decide who can see it and who can help manage it.

Things you might ask it
- Line up my AMH results from both clinics.
- What did my carrier screening report say, in plain words?
- Remind me Thursday morning to ask about my estradiol at the consult.
Said plainly: once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle does not control. Connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what’s in Triangle and can’t change anything at your clinic. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
Set up your Bower profile first, then connect your assistant to it.

Questions
Straight answers
What does it cost?
Bower starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After the trial it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. The membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics through the national networks and keeping them updated, chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have.
Will my fertility clinic's records come through?
Triangle requests records through the national health-record networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Not every fertility clinic can be reached that way. When yours can't, upload what you have: PDFs, portal printouts, photos of paper records, discs or faxes. They join the same history as everything else.
What does setup ask of me?
After you start your trial, you confirm your details and verify your identity, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician. Then Triangle requests your records, and you can upload anything else you have.
Does Bower track my cycle or my medication schedule?
No. Bower doesn't track cycles, ovulation or injections. It keeps your records and results in one place and explains them. You can set simple reminders in plain words, like "remind me Friday to call the clinic," delivered in the app and by notification.
Does it replace my clinic or tell me what to do?
No. Triangle does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team. Bower helps you understand what your records say and prepare questions for your doctor. Decisions stay with you and your clinic.
Who can see my records? Can my partner?
Only the people you choose. You decide who can see your profile and who can help manage it. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, everything is encrypted, and your records are yours to delete.
