Your own assistant
Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your own results
If you already turn to an AI assistant between appointments, you can connect it to your Bower profile. With your permission, it can read your results, reports and medications, and answer from your own file.

Needs a paid Grok plan. Other assistants that support MCP connect the same way.
Things you might ask it
- Line up my AMH results from both clinics.
- What did my carrier screening report say, in plain words?
- Remind me Thursday morning to ask about my estradiol at the consult.
Said plainly: once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle does not control. Connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what’s in Triangle and can’t change anything at your clinic. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
Set up your Bower profile first, then connect your assistant to it.
