What Bower does
Every clinic, one history
Bower asks the national health-record networks for your clinic records, and whatever your fertility clinic handed you outside them, you add yourself. Results from each clinic, each lab and your regular doctor, medicines too, sit in a single history that grows with every new record.
Your numbers from round to round
AMH, FSH, estradiol, thyroid and other results are turned into structured values you can compare from one round to the next. Each one has a plain-language explanation beside it.
Carrier screening in plain words
Carrier screening and other genetic reports sit with the rest of your records. Bower reads them in the same plain language, so the PDF you downloaded once doesn't stay lost in a folder.
Somewhere for the questions to go
Ask about your results when the question comes, at any hour, in a chat that knows your history. Its answers get a second check against the evidence, and you can set a reminder to raise anything at your next consult.
What makes Bower different
Records, not a cycle tracker
Bower doesn't track cycles, ovulation or injections. It does the other half of the work: keeping your records whole and explaining what they say.
Both clinics, side by side
A clinic's own portal shows the results that clinic holds, so a change of clinic can leave half your history behind. Bower lines up results from your first clinic, your current one and your regular doctor.
A chat that has read your results
Used by itself, ChatGPT, Claude or Grok knows only what you tell it or paste in. Bower's chat starts from your file, and you can connect the assistant you already use to it with your permission.
Shared only with the people you choose
A partner or a doctor sees your profile only if you share it, and you set whether they can just view it or also help manage it. Your data is never sold, and never shared for advertising.

The team behind Bower
Arun Verma started down this road in 2023, when a brain tumor diagnosis had him digging through his own records and the research behind them. That work became Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.), which he runs as CEO from Pasadena, California, alongside co-founders Justin Balthrop and Jonathan Grubb, whose background is in consumer products at OpenTable and Bird. Bower is Triangle's version of it for people carrying the paperwork of fertility treatment.

How Bower works
Open Bower for yourself
Your 7-day free trial of Bower starts with a profile in your own name.
Identity, consent, a clinician
After an identity check, you sign Triangle's consent forms and pick a time to meet a clinician for intake, and that clinician co-signs your records request.
Every round, gathered
While the national networks are asked for your records, you upload the reports your fertility clinic handed you. Then read through your health topics and medications, ask what you like, and share with a partner if you choose.
Add an assistant whenever you like
Claude, ChatGPT or Grok can be connected later, or never. If anything is unclear, Triangle's team is at support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions
What does Bower keep for me, and who makes it?
Bower holds every round's records and results together and puts them into plain language. The company behind it is Triangle, so the account you open is a Triangle one.
What does Bower cost while I'm in treatment?
Bower's 7-day free trial comes first, and you'll enter a card when you sign up. When those seven days are up, Bower is $9 a month; cancel whenever you want.
Is Bower a doctor or a fertility clinic?
No. Bower gives research and educational support between consults; Triangle designed it never to diagnose, treat or prescribe. Your fertility doctor and care team make the decisions.
Can ChatGPT, Claude or Grok look at my fertility results?
They can, once you allow it. In the assistant's settings, a new MCP connection pointed at https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp brings up Triangle's consent screen, where you choose which kinds of records it may read. Setup guides live at trianglehealth.com/agents.
Who keeps my fertility records safe?
Triangle does, and it is HIPAA compliant; everything in Bower is encrypted, in transit and at rest. Nothing is ever sold or shared for advertising, and the choice of who sees your profile is yours.
Will my fertility clinic's records come through?
Some will and some won't, because not every fertility clinic is reachable through Carequality and TEFCA. When yours isn't, upload what you have, such as PDFs, portal printouts, photos of paper records, discs or faxes, and it joins the same history.
Does Bower track my cycle or my medication schedule?
No. Bower holds your records and results and explains them; it doesn't track cycles, ovulation or injections. You can set simple reminders in plain words, like "remind me Friday to call the clinic," which arrive in the app and by notification.
Can my partner see my records?
Only if you share your profile with them. You decide whether they can only view it or also help manage it, and a doctor can be added on the same terms.
